How does your WordPress Support work?
You choose a plan that suits your needs (Hourly, Flexi, Essential, or Premium). Each includes a set number of support hours, and you simply send us your requests by email. We track the time used and provide updates, so you always know where you stand.
What kind of tasks are covered under Support?
We handle content updates, troubleshooting, plugin configuration, small fixes, performance tweaks, basic SEO improvements, and marketing tool integrations. For larger projects (e.g. full redesigns, advanced SEO campaigns, or complex WooCommerce builds), we’ll recommend one of our specialised services.
How fast do you respond?
Response times depend on your plan. Essential Support includes responses within 24 hours (usually sooner), while Premium Support offers same-day priority. Hourly and Flexi requests are handled as scheduled. Urgent issues are always escalated immediately.
Do unused support hours roll over?
For monthly plans (Essential and Premium), unused hours do not roll over – they reset each month. For Flexi Support, your 8 hours are valid for 6 months, but must be used within that time. Hourly Support is simply billed per hour, no rollover needed.
Can you help with SEO or marketing as part of Support?
Yes – Support includes light SEO improvements (like meta tags, headings, internal linking) and setting up marketing tools (like email automation or tracking codes). For full SEO strategies, SEM campaigns, or advanced marketing, we recommend our WordPress Growth services.
Can you support WooCommerce websites?
Yes, we can handle routine WooCommerce support such as product updates, plugin fixes, and small adjustments. For advanced WooCommerce development or major customisations, we suggest our WooCommerce Development service.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
Extra hours are billed at your plan’s rate (NZD 150/hr for Essential, NZD 125/hr for Premium). If you find you regularly need more time, we can recommend upgrading to a higher plan for better value.
Is there a minimum contract?
Yes, Essential and Premium Support require a 12-month minimum contract. Flexi Support and Hourly Support have no ongoing commitment – you pay only for what you need.
